You operate under an established business license, reinforcing the professionalism of your studio and instilling confidence in both clients and trade partners.
PRODUCT & REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

You and your team are informed about exterior shade solutions and understand the relevant local building codes, ensuring that your specifications are both beautiful and compliant.
COLLABORATION WITH CONTRACTORS

You're prepared to cultivate relationships with qualified local installers—such as window and garage door professionals—to support a seamless client experience. We recommend at least two installers per project. Because some products can exceed 300 pounds, you may also wish to invest in a lift to ensure safe, efficient installations.
INSTALLATION TRAINING

You are willing to have your team trained in the nuances of awning and screen installation. Shade Sense Outdoor offers complimentary, year-round training sessions exclusively for Trade Partners.
EQUIPMENT & DELIVERIES

You have access to a commercial location capable of receiving large, heavy deliveries and accommodating the necessary installation equipment—such as vehicles, trailers, and ladders—to support your exterior shade projects.
